Step Interval Class
This class combines the use of step, stretch bands and free wights in interval segments. The class is designed to improve your cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility. The class will begin with a warm-up, moving into cardio section plus strength training, abdominal section, and finally moving into stretching and cooling down. Participants may choose their own level of working such as low, medium or high impact.

Are you interested in skating? Classes are available for all skill levels, toddler to adult and are taught within the United States Figure Skating Guidelines. Classes are held Saturday mornings at the Bridgton Ice Arena
