Registration Information:
Registration is based upon a first come, first, paid first basis.Registration forms must be filled out completely and returned to Casco Recreation with payment prior to the program registration deadline.

Refunds:
Refunds will be given on an individual basis

Late Registrations:
Will only be taken if there is space available and may have an additional charge.

Walk-In Registrations:
Prior to cut off date, walk-in registrations are welcome.

Mail-In Registration:
Mail completed registration forms and check (made out to the Casco Recreation Department) to Casco Recreation Department, P.O. Box 60, Casco, Maine. 04015. No forms will be processed until the activity registration has opened.

Telephone Registration:
As release waivers and permission slips are required for most programs, all registrations must be completed in writting.

Waiting Lists:
When a program is filled, we do maintain waiting lists in the event that a space may open up. If a space does become available, a member of our staff will contact you to inquire whether you are still interested in participating.

Scholarships:
It is the philosophy of the Casco Recreation Department that every child in Casco has the opportunity to enjoy and participate in our programs. Scholarships are available on a limited basis. To apply for a scholarship, contact the Recreation Director. All requests will be held in confidence. Only Casco residents are eligible for the scholarship.

Program Cancellation:
As all programs have a predetermined minimum number of participant enrollments, it is strongly recommended that you register as early as possible. If a program does not meet a minimum enrollment requirement prior to its registration deadline, the program will be canceled. Please feel free to contact Beth Latsey, Recreation Director, Department of Parks and Recreation at 627-4187 if you have questions concerning program status.

Picture Waiver
By participating in the Town of Casco Receation programs, participants may be photographed for future publicity or recognition of events. By signing up for a program you are automatically signing a waiver that grants the Casco Recreation Dept. permission to use your photo to promote their programs. Pictures may be used up to 5 years after the photo was taken and the Recreation department does not need permission from the individual to use the photograph in publications. If you do not wish to have your picture taken please notify the the staff prior to the activity.
