The Casco Community Gymnasium is the perfect place to walk when the weather may prevent you from continuing to exercise during the winter months.

Senior Bowling
When: Thursday’s 10:00-11:30 am (starting February 17th)
Where: Casco Community Center
Cost: Free
This is a very exciting new program that anyone can do!
Wii bowling is a great way to exercise, socialize and just have a ton of fun!

Senior Beginner Fitness

When: Wednesday’s 10:30-11:30 (Starts February 2nd)
Where: Casco Community Center
Instructor: Denise St John
Cost: $40.00 $20.00 Casco residents (for 8 weeks)
This class is great for senior citizens and anyone looking to start fitness classes. It is designed to be fun and have you moving to the music with a variety of exercises that increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance. Many of the exercises are geared toward improving activities for daily living. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles will be used. A chair is incorporated for seated and/or standing support.
