Schedule Change: Schedule changes due to inclement weather will be announced of the following television stations: WCSH Channel 6 , WGME Channel 13, WMTW Channel 8,

School cancellation does not necessarily mean recreation programs will be canceled. If you have any questions concerning cancellations due to inclement weather, please contact the Casco Department of Parks and Recreation at 627-4187.

Registration Information:

Registration is based upon a first come, first paid basis. As programs fill up quickly, we urge you to sign up early to avoid disappointment. Fill out registration forms completely, including: Name and requested pertinent information of all individuals being registered, Parent/Guardian signature on the Waiver Agreement.

Registration Dates:

Please check the registration deadlines for each individual activity.

LATE REGISTRATIONS will ONLY be taken if there is space available at an additional charge.

Mail-In Registrations:

Mail completed registration forms and check (made out to; Town of Casco), may be mailed in. However, no forms will be processed until the activity registration has opened.

Telephone Registrations:

As release waivers and permission slips are required for all of our programs, all registrations must be completed in writing.

Walk-In Registrations:

Prior to cut off date, walk-in registrations are welcome. Feel free to stop by the Department of Parks and Recreation at the Town Hall during our regular business hours (9am -5pm; Mon – Fri).

Program Fees:

All fees must be paid in full prior to the program start date. All fees charged for activities sponsored by the Casco Department of parks and Recreation directly support the cost of providing the programs offered.

Refunds:

Will be determined on an individual basis.

Waiting Lists:

When a program is filled, we do maintain waiting lists in the event that a space may open up. If a space does become available, a member of our staff will contact you to inquire whether you are still interested in participating.

Participants:

All participants must meet age and grade requirements by the start date of the program.

Coaches/Volunteers:

In order to be a success, The Casco Department of Parks and Recreation relies greatly upon the dedication and commitment of volunteers, coaches and assistants. If you are interested in volunteering/coaching/assisting any of the programs presented, please call the Department of Parks and Recreation at 627-4187 today!

Program Cancellation:

As all programs have a predetermined minimum number of participant enrollments, it is strongly recommended that you register as early as possible. If a program does not meet a minimum enrollment requirement prior to its registration deadline, the program will be canceled. Please feel free to contact Beth Latsey, Recreation Director, Department of Parks and Recreation at 627-4187 if you have questions concerning program status.
